Away in 1959
Lyle, the oldest son, was in the Air Force and lived in Sacramento, California, with his wife Barbara and their three sons, Stanley (age 5 in September), Terry (3 in May), and David (1 in January)
Gail, the second son, had been living in Centerville, Utah, with his wife Lynda and their daughter, Debbie (3 in September), but returned to eastern Oregon in February
Jerry, the third son, was serving a mission in eastern Canada
Dorothy's parents, William and Hazel Batt, were serving a mission in New England (he passed away on February 4, 1959)

About Me

- Bountiful, Utah, United States
- I love the Lord Jesus Christ. I am grateful for my heritage as an American and a Latter-day Saint. I have lived with my wife, my best and dearest friend, for over 40 years. We have shared the adventure of 8 children and 28 grandchildren. In addition to time with my family, I love reading, writing, and taking a good road trip.
