Monday, February 9, 1959
snowed another 3 or 4 in. so we decided to stay another day. Lyle put chains on & went back out to Grantsville. We ate & did up work & went over to Irv's store & I got a iorning board cover & Jackie 3 pr. slacks. We had lunch & Ivard went up & had head light fixed & I got Jackie to sleep & got my books up. Ivard came back & had a nap & we went up to see new Albertsons store. We ate supper & at 6: Lyle & Barbra came & Lyle, Ivard Irvin & Terry went over & played ball at 8: Ray called & said Mother was at our place. I talked to her & she sounded so tired & lonely. Lyle talked to her then we told him good bye & he went back out to Berniece's they are leaving for home in morning, have to be back Friday. We went to bed early.
