got up & showered & had breakfast at "Blue Ox" me a glass of Juice. On way back to hotel we lost men so June had a nap & I wrote a letter to Mother & mailed it & sat in Lobby until Ivard came at noon we went to "Blue Ox" & ate Barbacued ham then headed for Merrill, 20 miles, to game. We won 3 to 1. Drove out across Calif. border & to Tullie lakes, a bird refuge, then back to hotel & cleaned up & back to "Blue Ox" for supper, "Prawns." Went back to hotel & Glen called Idaho Statesman then Wards & us & Kay, Pete & Stanley went to outskirts of town to "Tower" & saw "Vertigo." Rained all evening. came back to hotel & Kids went to the show we saw last night. Ivard went to bed & I read a story went to bed at 12: our time.
Jerry & Gene hoed beets down to Toms all day & Ray tended Kids. Jerry went to sunday school meeting with Duaine.
