I came home from work & went right to bed. I got up at noon & Ivard went over to school & got Ray to come home & tend Jackie & we went to Nampa & had dinner at Harmony Cafe, "Prawns," then we went to Boise & traded in Gold Strike books & did some shopping then we came to Caldwell and got our layways out & had gift wrapped. It rained hard on us all the way home & all evening. It was 8: time we got home & I went to bed until time to go to work.
Ivards night off.
For diary entries beginning Thursday, February 26, 1959, go to Dorothy's Idaho Diaries. As of that date the family lived on a farm south of Nampa, Idaho.
