I wrote a poem "Minute"

Cold wind all day. Kay brought pick up home after school.

Ivard picked me up at work & we came home & took Ray over to school, he'd stayed with Jackie. rained all morning hard.

Came home & went to bed & Ivard slept about an hr then he got up & tended Jackie. when he got her to sleep at noon he came back to bed and we were just about to sleep when Mr. Bishop came up talk price for our place, said he'd give us $18,000. cash. We will let him know in few days.

I got up & made waffles & fixed grapefruit & cooked bacon & Ivard cooked eggs & we ate supper when bus came. Gene started milking & Ray finished & Gene & Kay went to Adrian to catch bus for Marshing. Ivard, Dean & I went over in car. J.V's got beat & Varsity won. At 10: Ivard got long distant call, he had to be to work at 11: so we took him to Nampa as he was, after game, then I dashed home & changed & got to work as soon as ever.
