Monday, September 22, 1958

Jerry, Jackie & I got up & took Kay & Gene over to church to Seminary at 7: & went on over to Nyssa & got Jerrys last corn factory check. Came home & made 6 bottles of grape juice & did milk & we went to Nampa to get Ivard, he took pick-up to Dobbs to be fixed right after he got done milking. It needed so much done to it he traded it off on 55 G.M. C. for $750. 98. was Ins for 2 years & 102. carring charges. we got $450. for our old one. He had to have heat gage fixed & it got so late he stayed to work. we had hamberger & Jerry went to bank. came home at 2: & I peeled a bu. of peaches & froze 7 big bowls took them over when I went after Kids from practice. We ate & I got books up then we made 16 grape jam & 9 qts juice.
